The 67 Official Throws of Kodokan Judo

The Gokyo no Waza originated in 1895. Go means "five" and kyo means "teaching principle" or "instruction", The gokio is a group of five principles of teaching.The following are the only throwing techniques (nage waza) currently recognized by the Kodokan.
