Arlington Hotel was demolished and it was replaced by a Condominium Where its swimming pool used to be,today it is 4th street.

This was the Poinciana Hotel In Miami Beach in 1930, near 16th street,directly on the ocean. It had roof-top solarium,private beach and dining terrace overlooking ocean.

Today it is a condominium.
